Braised Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are more typically eaten fried, grilled or baked in the oven, but this recipe braises chicken wings in our Ponzu Sauce for a tender, juicy and flavorful chicken wings. Diluting the sauce with water in equal parts is very important for a more gentle and mild flavor throughout. Be sure to lower the heat to a simmer, if not you'll end up with tough wings!
【Braised Chicken Wings】

| Chicken Wings | 10pcs |
| Shin-Sen-Gumi Ponzu Sauce | 300ml |
| Mirin | 100ml |
| Sugar | 50g |
| Water | 300ml |
| Basil | A sprig |
How to Make
- In a pot, add ponzu, mirin, sugar, and water and bring to to boil.
- Add the chicken in the pot and close the lid.
- Simmer for 20 min. Add basil leaf into pot and boil until basil leaves are cooked.
- Plate chicken wings and garnish with basil.
