With the end of the year nearing fast and the stay at home order our chefs came up with some wonderful recipes that you can cook at home with our selection of sauces and dressings. First up is a nice appetizer that can also be served as a main dish, using our original Carrot & Yuzu dressing that we've been serving since we first opened our locations. Marinating in this refreshing and zesty dressing softens the meat quite well while adding that zesty flavor to the dish. Breading in Potato Starch ensures the chicken breast is not only dry but offers a nice crispy texture to the dish.

【Carrot & Yuzu Chicken Marinade】

【Ingredients】
Shin-Sen-Gumi Original Carrot & Yuzu Dressing 200ml
Potato Starch 1 Tablespoon
Sriracha A dollop
Chicken Breast 1 pc
Butter 1/2 Tablespoon

How to Make

  1. Slice the Chicken Breast to thin, bite size pieces (roughly 1/4")
  2. Marinate the chicken in the dressing for 30min to an hour.
  3. Pat dry and coat the chicken with potato starch.
  4. In a frying pan, melt butter and fry both sides of the chicken until cooked.
  5. Add a small dollop of siracha to the chicken.
