Why did you apply & How long have you been working for Shin-Sen-Gumi?

I was originally an office worker in Japan. Looking to expand my horizons in a new work environment and working with various people of the world.
An acquaintance of mine, who was working at Shin-Sen-Gumi recommended working here and so I applied. I have since worked with Shin-Sen-Gumi for 12 years.

Please describe your duties (job). How do you like it?

I primarily conduct risk management for the stores and overall safety management for the Company.

What's your future dream with Shin-Sen-Gumi?

I want to implement and systemization, and continue to improve store efficiency.

What do you like about Shin-Sen-Gumi?

I like that a lot of things can be experienced and practiced at the workplace.
