Restaurant Opportunities -

Shin-Sen-Gumi offers a variety of different career opportunities from serving our guest in the front of the house, to the preparation of our delicious food in our kitchens, to maintaining a great place to visit. Shin-Sen-Gumi is always looking for people who love to serve and work together. We depend on each and every team member, from dish washer to server, to create that exceptional experience for all guests on every visit. See Join Us.

Server

Provides an enjoyable dining experience and quality customer service to our patrons.
Experience server preferred, but not necessary. Will train.
Be ready to work at a fast-paced work environment. Great tips.

Kitchen Helper

Assists with food preparation, cooking, meal service as assigned.
Assists with preparation. Cleans all dishes and utensils.
Cleans all food handling, food storage areas, and dish room. Will train.

Store (Restaurant) Operation Supervisor

Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food.

Assistant Store (Restaurant) Manager

Works closely with the store manager, supervisors and staff to ensure the best possible customer service is provided to our patrons.

Store (Restaurant) Manager

Oversees all aspects of restaurant operations. Need restaurant management experiences.

At ours central kitchen, some of the initial preparations of food is done. Our noodles and other menu items are prepared fresh daily from our own recipes. These products are then delivered fresh by our team of drivers. Our food preparers are an essential element of our team in preparing the noodles, soups and side dishes.

Our office corporate level team manages the administrative, financial, marketing, human resources management and other functions to support our restaurants.
