Taste a silky, foamy soup crafted entirely from chicken. A luxurious texture unlike anything you’ve experienced before, made only with the finest domestic chicken to create this flavorful broth, then blend it to a smooth froth that elevates its rich flavor.
Our whole grain noodles were meticulously developed to perfectly complement our flavorful soup. These medium-thin, straight noodles boast a robust wheat flavor and are packed with fiber and nutrients.

Type 01 THE ORIGINAL 15.75

Taste the rich flavor of our ultimate chicken ramen, made with 100% domestic chicken for a pure chicken broth. Savor every bite with generous slices of fresh green onions adding a refreshing contrast, and our tender chicken chashu.

Type 02 THE DANDAN 16.75

Take the standard and elevate it with a blend of chili peppers for some heat and balance with the richness of sesame paste, creating an addictive mix of deep mellowness and pleasantly lingering heat.

Type 03 THE LEMON BUTTER 16.75

A rich but refreshing take on the standard. With the added richness of butter, the lemon adds a refreshing acidic contrast. For an added dimension of flavor, add a touch of truffle oil, which will be provided with your order.
